Remember Remembrance Sunday

Well things are a bit crazy here at the moment, there's lots to say about our move to the boat on Tuesday, and how we're getting on (or not) with organisation. But there's something more important than that today.
Here's a little poem I wrote dedicated to all our soldiers who've given their lives, for those who came home,, and a new generation fighting on two fronts today:

On this special day, we have to say
"Thank you"
For those who strived, And gave their lives, we have to say
"Thank you"
For those who fought on, and bravely won, we have to say
"Thank you"
For your courage and bravery, In the face of adversity, we have to say
"Thank you"
For your determination, against all the odds be, bringing freedom and peace to you and me, we have to say
"Thank you"
And for the new generation who fight for our Nation, we have to say
"Thank you"
Opinions may run in different directions, of politicians and their reactions, for that, most would say
"No thank you"
But never forget, the soldier must obey, the orders passed down to him on the day, for that we must say
"Thank you"
Today we must also think of the sacrifice, of our troops out there, ready to fight, for that we must say
"Thank you"

At 11am this Sunday morning, people never forgetting and others still mourning, remember and respect those who returned ,and those who were left behind...
On this special day,
We have to say...

"Thank you"
