Ever seen a wide beam turn on a sixpence?

Just five more weeks to go before our boat can do this – provided the TT curse doesn’t interfere. Hence the interest...
 
Tony the Mop now called “Tugboat Tony” came here again today. So he could monitor his ex boat Lock Dodger now called “Goin’ Dutch” set sail round the marina,, for its first voyage with a bow thruster fitted.
 
There was a stiff breeze and the test pilot fairly put it through its paces, I think it passed…

As she sailed by, we all had horns a´ blaring... That was when we realised our horn must have died in the cold weather. Because rather than blaring, it sounded more like a muffled fart.
And on that note I’ll leave it to your imagination…
